It’s another bright year for Mill Steel Company as we are once again named one of West Michigan’s 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For! This is Mill Steel’s 18th year winning this distinguished award!
An independent research firm evaluates each company’s entry based on key measures in various categories. They include Compensation, Benefits and Employee Solutions; Employee Enrichment, Engagement and Retention; Employee Education and Development; Recruitment, Selection and Orientation; Employee Achievement and Recognition; Communication and Shared Vision; Diversity and Inclusion; Work-Life Balance; Community Initiatives; and Strategic Company Performance.
The winning companies will be honored virtually on Tuesday, July 20, 2021. They will also compete for 13 elite awards, one granted for each category the nominees are evaluated on, and an overall winner that has excelled in all categories will be honored with a “Best of the Best” award. The elite award winners will be revealed during the virtual luncheon.
This award goes out to our hard-working and dedicated team! We are always proud of our Mill Steelers, but especially so after this past year full of navigating unknowns.
