Recognizing that each customer’s business is different, Mill Steel has developed an integrated process for the start of business with new customers and/or customer facilities. This will allow Mill Steel to consistently provide a high level of service to the customer, and at the same time focus our support team on activities that actually matter for each individual customer.

Since each customer business is different, our approach to service must also vary, to meet our customers’ unique needs.

Prior to initial part shipments, the management of our customer service, metallurgical, operations, logistics, and people development teams will work with your staff to gain a better understanding of your business.
