Our Customer Service
The goal of the entire Mill Steel team is to provide 'Service so good that nobody wants anyone else.' This motto truly embodies itself with the Customer Service team. We focus on making sure that all details are followed through and that our customer's overall relationship with Mill Steel is spectacular.
Our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are the day-to-day contact for releases from our customers. Each member of this team is assigned to be the expert on a base of accounts. They are then responsible for truly understanding their customer's needs and then training all of the other CSRs on their accounts. This way, if one team member is not available, someone else can answer a customer's question quickly and accurately, saving time by avoiding the need for multiple calls.
