Our Customer Technical Services team provides you with the most advanced steel support. We have two Metallurgists and a Tool & Die Journeyman on staff to help you with your problem parts.
Lab Services
We have Metallurgical Testing Labs in our Grand Rapids and Melvindale facilities. We have the ability to test for Yield, Tensile, Elongation, N-Value, R-Value, Rockwell Hardness, Coating Weight, Microstructure and 14 chemical elements. The test results are reported on the shipper for every coil we supply.
